This is a 5-day/week in office position

Responsibilities:

• Ensure necessary documents for real estate transactions are accurately completed, processed, and delivered to the appropriate parties based on a service level agreement.
• Review closing instructions and deliver appropriate executed documents to necessary parties (lender, realtor, seller, buyer, etc.).
• Notify necessary parties upon file completion.
• Follow up with the appropriate parties on any post-document delivery requests.
• Prepare and issue title insurance policies in accordance with company standards and regulations.
• Receive all necessary recording documents within the appropriate timeframe.
• Ensure copies of all documents are recorded and the recorded versions are stored in the system.
• Complete all necessary tasks in the system.
• Maintain and update records in our internal systems.
• Communicate effectively with clients, lenders, and other stakeholders to resolve any issues or discrepancies.
• Work with parties to the transaction on finalizing settlement statement, scheduling notary, and ensuing document signing is completed.
• Prepare and provide necessary information to satisfy requirements of title commitment

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast paced office environment and ensure deadlines are met on a consistent basis
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Microsoft Teams.
• Prior experience in a related field is a plus but not required.
