Key Responsibilities

The Escrow Coordinator will handle all pre-processing and operational setup tasks, including:

Upfront File Preparation

• Perform order opening QC to ensure accuracy of new files
• Complete initial file setup, data entry, and internal task creation
• Send introduction communications to clients and real estate partners, setting the tone for a seamless and professional experience

Pre-Closing Tasks

• Prepare preliminary Closing Disclosures (CDs) and fee sheets
• Generate and manage CPLs (Closing Protection Letters)
• Order mortgage payoffs
• Order all tax certifications, estoppels, sewer/water certs, and HOA documents
• Prepare title insurance quotes for borrowers, lenders, and agents

Scheduling & Coordination

• Schedule all closings with clients, lenders, agents, and notaries/attorneys with responsiveness and efficiency
• Verify and confirm wire instructions with all parties to ensure compliance and security
• Provide timely, proactive communication throughout the pre-closing process to keep all stakeholders informed

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma, required. Bachelors degree, preferred.
• Title/escrow experience strongly preferred (processing, pre-processing, or closing support)
• Excellent communication skills with a customer-first mindset and commitment to delivering quick, reliable service
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple files at once
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Experience with SoftPro is a plus
