Head of Institutional Sales

World Wide Land Transfer is currently growing and we are looking for a Head of Institutional Sales.  In that role the individual will work with the senior leadership team to create and implement an institutional selling strategy.

Role/Responsibilities

  • Direct sales responsibilities to identify, source, and close new customers with a focus on national accounts
  • Develop relationships with key decision makers within: Banks, Homebuilders, Law Firms, Mortgage lenders, and Realtor Brokerage firms
  • Responsible for directly managing key accounts
  • Represent company at specific industry events and trade conferences
  • Prepare company sales strategy and forecast for national accounts business
  • Achieve and exceed sales goals with a material impact on new business
  • Utilize key relationships in the Real Estate sector to introduce the company to prospective national clients
  • Oversee new client onboarding
  • Create and manage a national client database
  • Travel is required for client meetings and industry events

Qualifications

  • Prior sales experience in a National Sales Position, preferably within the Real Estate Sector
  • Minimum 5 years Account management experience and sales experience identifying and developing strong relationships with clients and key decision makers
  • Significant experience generating new enterprise business
  • Comfortable consistently handling multiple large accounts
  • Organized, highly motivated individual with strong communication skills
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and strong work ethic
  • Team player
