Head of Institutional Sales

World Wide Land Transfer is currently growing and we are looking for a Head of Institutional Sales. In this role, the individual will work with the senior leadership team to create and implement an institutional selling strategy.


  • Direct sales responsibilities to identify, source, and close new customers with a focus on national accounts.
  • Develop relationships with key decision makers within Banks, Homebuilders, Law Firms, Mortgage lenders, and Realtor Brokerage firms.
  • Responsible for directly managing key accounts.
  • Represent company at specific industry events and trade conferences.
  • Prepare company sales strategy and forecast for national accounts business.
  • Achieve and exceed sales goals with a material impact on new business.
  • Utilize key relationships in the Real Estate sector to introduce the company to prospective national clients.
  • Oversee new client onboarding.
  • Create and manage a national client database.
  • Travel is required for client meetings and industry events.


  • Prior sales experience in a National Sales Position, preferably within the Real Estate Sector.
  • Minimum 5 years Account management experience and sales experience identifying and developing strong relationships with clients and key decision makers.
  • Significant experience generating new enterprise business.
  • Comfortable consistently handling multiple large accounts.
  • Organized, highly motivated individual with strong communication skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and strong work ethic.
  • Team player.
