Inside Sales Associate (Entry-Level)

Position Summary

The Inside Sales Associate will play a key role in supporting business development efforts, managing inbound and outbound communication, and helping drive new opportunities. This person will be on the front lines of client interaction – answering calls, engaging leads, and supporting outreach campaigns. We’re looking for someone who is hungry, polished, responsive, and thrives in a fast-moving environment.

What You’ll Do

Serve as a first point of contact by answering incoming calls and responding to client inquiries

Engage and nurture leads through phone and email outreach

Conduct outbound calls and emails to prospective clients and partners

Assist in building and executing B2B drop campaigns and outreach strategies

Support and monitor lead pipelines, tracking activity and follow-ups in spreadsheets/CRM

Help create and manage email campaigns and business development initiatives

Work alongside leadership, including the CEO and VP of Strategic Partnerships, on growth initiatives

Assist in monitoring and supporting AI tools/agents used in sales and operational workflows

Maintain quick response times and strong attention to detail in all communications

What We’re Looking For

Recent college graduate (Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred)

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Comfortable on the phone and confident engaging with professionals

Highly organized with the ability to move quickly and manage multiple priorities

Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and Google Workspace

Exposure to or interest in Google Analytics, AI tools (e.g., Claude), and technology-driven workflows

Positive attitude, team player, and aligned with a client-first mindset

Coachable, eager to learn, and excited to grow within a sales organization

Work Environment

Hybrid schedule: 3 days in-office / 2 days remote (after a 90-day onboarding period)

Based in the Greater Philadelphia area

Direct training and mentorship from senior leadership

Compensation

Starting base Salary: $45,000 – $55,000

Additional Compensation: Bonus + commission potential based on performance
