Originate and expand enterprise relationships within your primary channel of focus (centralized refinance, distributed retail, servicing, or institutional lending).
Activate and grow a national book of business aligned with your established network.
Engage executive stakeholders across complex organizational structures.
Lead consultative, multi-stakeholder sales cycles within your national segment.
Structure enterprise-level pricing and service models.
Build and manage a disciplined national pipeline; consistently exceed revenue targets.
Partner cross-functionally to onboard national accounts and support enterprise positioning.
Provide market intelligence within your channel of expertise.
10+ years of experience selling title, escrow, or settlement services to national lenders, banks, credit unions, servicers, or institutional lending platforms.
Demonstrated success closing enterprise-level agreements across centralized or distributed origination models.
Proven high-level producer with an established national book of business.
Strong executive presence with consultative selling expertise.
Experience navigating C-suite, operations, risk, and compliance stakeholders.
Advanced negotiation and enterprise contract experience.
Proficiency in CRM systems (HubSpot preferred), Excel, and PowerPoint.
Familiarity with technology-enabled settlement platforms, digital closing solutions, integrations, and AI-enabled workflows preferred.
Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent industry experience).
Ability to travel nationally (25–50%).
