The Escrow Officers will report to our Funding Director and will work closely with the personnel in the operations department, closing department and underwriting.
The Escrow Officer’s responsibilities include but will not be limited to, ensuring proper execution and delivery of title and settlement service and that the services so delivered are in absolute compliance with all title and escrow regulations.

Responsible for preparing Final Closing Disclosures for settlement utilizing lender instructions.
Close escrow account by balancing and disbursing funds.
Assist with daily banking routines such as positive pay items
Assist with Post Closing issues
Handle Customer Service calls
Assist with recording when necessary
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be a quick learner, detail-oriented, and able to adapt easily to fast-paced environment.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail required
Full understanding of title and closing process a plus but not required
Ability to work independently and effectively with minor supervision
Excellent verbal and written communication skills required
Excellent customer service skills required
Ability to stay focused and maintain a high level of accuracy while meeting daily task and process deadlines
Willingness to cross train and change responsibilities
A high level of proficiency using Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook required
Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
Professional demeanor
Ability to participate effectively in a team atmosphere
Ability to work flexible schedule
