World Wide Land Transfer is currently growing, and we are looking for an experienced Commercial Title Salesperson. In this role, the individual will work with the senior leadership team to grow their existing commercial client base as well as add new clients.

Role/Responsibilities

• Direct sales responsibilities to identify, source, and close new customers in the commercial real estate sector.
• Develop relationships with key decision makers within: Developers, Financial Institutions, Homebuilders, Law Firms, and Brokerage firms.
• Responsible for directly managing key accounts.
• Achieve and exceed sales goals with a material impact on new business.
• Utilize key relationships in the Real Estate sector to introduce the company to prospective clients.
• Oversee new client onboarding.
• Collaborate with Commercial Operations Group to support business.
• Establish and maintain a well-known presence within the real estate network of customers.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years Commercial Title Sales experience.
• Significant experience generating new business.
• Comfortable handling multiple accounts at one time.
• Organized, highly motivated individual with strong communication skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and strong work ethic.
• Team player.
