World Wide Land Transfer is growing, and we’re looking for a full-time, remote Clearance Officer to join our Commercial team. In this role, you will oversee the full title clearance process for sophisticated commercial transactions, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely resolution of all issues. You’ll collaborate daily with attorneys, lenders, developers, underwriters, and internal teams to interpret authority documents, resolve title defects, and prepare transactions for closing. This position requires expert-level title knowledge, excellent communication, and the ability to manage high-volume, deadline-driven work.
Title insurance experience is required.
