Examination of chain of title for commercial and residential properties, examine real estate title to determine status, and abstract county records nationally on residential properties
Review title search reports and documentation in a timely manner
Verify information on title search and documentation is complete while providing accurate title information to clients
Abstract and analyze deeds, mortgages, tax assessments, judgments, and other instruments
Provide solutions for inaccurate, incomplete or missing information on title documentation
Determine ownership and encumbrances on real property
Professionally prepare and review title reports
The Closing Concierge Specialist should have extensive experience with Residential transactions, commercial transactions a plus; firm understanding of title bills and policies. Some knowledge of compliance and settlement including disbursements and funding. Able to handle a file from Start to Finish. Direct client contact.
Pre and post closings operations, conveyancing, post funding, funding, filing, Etc. No experience in title insurance required as the positions are entry level. Room to move up. Candidates must be well spoken, organized and proficient with technology.
High School diploma, with college degree preferred or equivalent work experience
Elevated level of PC Proficiency; Microsoft Office Suite, Title Express is our software but experience with not necessary

The Escrow Officers will report to our Funding Director and will work closely with the personnel in the operations department, closing department and underwriting.
The Escrow Officer’s responsibilities include but will not be limited to, ensuring proper execution and delivery of title and settlement service and that the services so delivered are in absolute compliance with all title and escrow regulations.

Responsible for preparing Final Closing Disclosures for settlement utilizing lender instructions.
Close escrow account by balancing and disbursing funds.
Assist with daily banking routines such as positive pay items
Assist with Post Closing issues
Handle Customer Service calls
Assist with recording when necessary
