What You’ll Do:

• Review title commitments and identify outstanding requirements
• Manage a pipeline of refinance files with strict lender deadlines
• Serve as the primary point of contact for lenders and borrowers
• Order and track payoff statements, subordinations, releases, and other clearance documents
• Draft affidavits and closing documents
• Perform quality control (QC) to ensure all requirements are satisfied and documentation is accurate – especially for specific lender standards.

Who You Are:

• Tech-savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Microsoft Teams
• A strong communicator with excellent writing and speaking skills
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks at once
• Comfortable working in a deadline-driven, professional services environment
• A self-starter who is adaptable, team-oriented, and eager to grow

Preferred Qualifications:

• High school diploma required. Associate or bachelor’s degree (or equivalent work experience) preferred.
• Experience in real estate, mortgage, title, legal, or administrative roles
• Prior experience in a professional office setting or service-based business
