World Wide Land Transfer acquires Landmarc National Title Agency and established New York title team.

World Wide Land Transfer, LLC. (“World Wide”) recently announced the acquisition of Landmarc National Title Agency, LLC (“Landmarc”) and all of its New York based operations. The move will help continue World Wide’s growth, as World Wide was recently named to Inc. 5000’s list of fastest growing companies. Creating more of a presence in New York City was a main focus, especially with the key personnel from Landmarc staying on under the World Wide umbrella.

Landmarc was recently founded by long time New York City real estate and title insurance veterans Marc Lawrence and Jeffrey Lender. Prior to establishing Landmarc, Lawrence spent seven plus years heading up the flagship New York City sales office of a national title insurance agency and was primarily responsible for the company’s tremendous growth. Lender spent one year at Lawrence’s prior company and seven years as VP and National Settlement Director for one of the largest and most prominent national title agencies.
