It Takes Two Cocozzas to make a Title Go Right

Paul F. Cocozza, Esq. joins his son Mark Cocozza at World Wide Land Transfer, LLC.

The dynastic, dynamic duo — Paul and his son Mark — haven’t worked together in 4 years, but now they’re reunited at World Wide Land Transfer, and it just feels right.

Paul F. Cocozza, Esq. has over 50 years of experience in the title industry, starting his career searching and clearing title in 1965. He graduated from Villanova in 1968 and received his JD from Suffolk University Law School in 1971.

Following law school, Paul worked as a clearance counsel at the offices of Commonwealth Land Title Insurance Company in White Plains and New York City. He then founded Statewide Abstract Corporation in 1978 and founded PFC Abstract Corporation in 1981. PFC Abstract Corporation then merged with New York Title in 2013 and was recently purchased by a Large National Underwriter.

Paul is a member of the Westchester County Bar Association and New York Bar Association, and is the former President of the Yonkers Lawyers Association and the former Director of the Yonkers Police Athletic League.

Together, Mark and Paul represent what makes WWLT special: We are a mix of young and old (not that old, Paul!), a combination of hard-earned experience and the latest title technology. And as history has shown, time and time again, you need both to make a title go right.
