Third Generation Title Executive hired to run office

World Wide Land Transfer Inc. (“WWLT”) is pleased to announce the opening of its new office in White Plains, New York. Mark Cocozza, a third-generation title insurance professional, will oversee the day-to-day operations of this office.

Mark brings a lifetime of experience to the New York operations of WWLT. A consummate and diligent title expert, Mark has worked on all kinds of real estate transactions, from single-family dwellings to multi-site commercial properties. He began his career in 1996 as a title examiner. In 2002, Mark took on the responsibilities of clearing, examining and reading title for another prominent title agency. He was elevated to the position of Vice President, where he remained until the sale of this agency in 2013. Most recently, Mark served as COO at a mid-size title agency located in Westchester.

The hiring of Cocozza establishes a strong operating presence for WWLT in Westchester County. We look forward to serving your title needs at our new office, and welcome you to stop by to meet Mark and the rest of the WWLT team.
