World Wide Land Transfer Adds Title Industry Leader

World Wide Land Transfer, LLC. added Cynthia Kern as underwriting counsel and operations strategist. Her retention strengthens WWLT’s New York City office as well as its national operations, according to a company announcement.

Kern most recently was vice president of one of the largest national title insurance agencies in the country, serving both as senior underwriting counsel and director of operations. As a senior member of the management team, she was responsible for the efficient and cost-effective performance of multiple departments and business services. She managed more than 100 employees and helped contribute to a 40 percent growth in that company’s revenue in each of the last three years. Kern also led the company’s Section 1031 tax-deferred exchange affiliate, which guided clients and taxpayers through various aspects of tax-deferred exchanges as defined and regulated under IRC §1031…
