In this role, you will oversee the full title clearance process for sophisticated commercial transactions, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely resolution of all issues. You’ll collaborate daily with attorneys, lenders, developers, underwriters, and internal teams to interpret authority documents, resolve title defects, and prepare transactions for closing. This position requires expert-level title knowledge, excellent communication, and the ability to manage high-volume, deadline-driven work.
Title insurance experience is required.

World Wide Land Transfer is seeking a highly organized, detail-focused Clearance Officer to join our national operations team. This role is critical to ensuring files are fully cleared and ready for seamless processing and closing.
The Clearance Officer is responsible for reviewing title searches, resolving all title issues, and clearing every requirement on the title commitment prior to handoff to the processor. If you have strong curative experience, enjoy investigative work, and take pride in delivering fast, accurate results and exceptional customer service, this position is a great fit.

World Wide Land Transfer is growing, and we’re looking for a full-time, remote Commercial Coordinator to join our Commercial team. In this role, you will prepare commercial files for NJ, NY, and PA transactions to ensure they are accurate, complete, and ready for settlement.
You’ll collaborate closely with file openers, closers, lenders, underwriters, and real estate professionals to keep transactions moving smoothly and prevent delays through meticulous fact-checking and attention to detail. Title insurance experience is required.
